How to pick up your key

You need the last 6 characters of the VIN and the 6-digit access code from your e-mail. It takes about a minute.

Step by step

  1. Find the two codes in the e-mail: the last 6 characters of the VIN and the 6-digit access code.
  2. At the kiosk, tap “Pick up a key”.
  3. Enter the 6 VIN characters, then the access code.
  4. Check the price. The security photo is optional.
  5. Scan the QR code and pay on your phone: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. No cash.
  6. The door opens right after the payment. The screen shows its number.
  7. Take the key, close the door and tap “Done”.
